I’m Alex Elias. A founder, operator, investor, and community builder. I specialize in turning complex environments into clear systems that scale. Over the years, among other opportunities, I’ve built, led, and exited companies across healthcare, technology, product-led organizations, services-based companies, and real estate.
My work in healthcare is lived, not theoretical. I’ve operated inside surgical centers, specialty clinics, and health systems where communication and precision are non-negotiable. I focus on bridging real gaps in our healthcare infrastructure, establishing therapeutics and medical devices, solving operational breakdowns and empowering care teams under pressure.
I bring the same discipline to technology and startups. I’ve launched products, led restructuring efforts, consulted for and/or coached leadership teams, navigated pivots, built go-to-market programs, designed revenue operations, and helped companies move from vision to execution. Through my work with AE Partners, I guide leadership teams through inflection points—building systems that outperform theory.
I also believe in physical execution. Through The Product Plug, my team designs, manufactures, and distributes products at scale—bridging concept to fulfillment through global supply chains.
I’m an investor who treats capital as a tool. I run and coordinate multple investor, dealflow, and angel collectives. I partner with founders, operators, family offices, and private networks, and I invest in developments that make sense—projects that create long-term value and strengthen communities.
